Lily, Serena's Mother, is the matriarch of the show but do not let her position in society fool you, she has her own torrid past making her a target for Gossip Girl. Rufus is Dan and Jenny's father, a bit ruff around the edges his dream was to be a musician but being a family man has gotten in The Way of those dreams. Polishing of the cast, we have Rufus Humphrey and his high school love Lily Bass. The sister of Dan, Jenny is eccentric and dreams of being a fashion designer as she claws her way through the politics of prep school and figuring out why you do not want to land on Gossip Girl's radar. Vanessa has her good friend Jenny Humphrey to help her out though.
